I deleted the Keynote folder by accident. I can't figure out how to recreate the folder with the Keynote icon on the folder. I have tried in the Web, IOS and OSX version with no luck. I can create a basic folder with no problems.
On your Mac, make certain that in your System Preferences : iCloud panel : iCloud Drive : Options that you have Keynote checked.
Create a new Keynote slide. When you select File menu : Save… make certain that you select KeyNote — iCloud, and click Save. A new Keynote folder will be created with this new key note slide in it.
